Six Star Football
Six Star Football is a leading platform connecting high school athletes with college opportunities through honest evaluations, elite showcases, and in-depth media coverage. As their national presence grew, they needed a modern digital platform that matched their reputation, supported their expanding content, and delivered a seamless experience for athletes, coaches, and fans.
Results
What actually happened
Signups doubled after launch, and churn dropped 20% on the strength of the new experience. The platform moved off legacy PHP onto a Bubble web app, replacing manual processes with live databases and automated workflows for the team managing it day to day. More than 20 new features shipped across the site, and we continue to ship new ones roughly every month.

What we were solving
Six Star Football’s existing platform struggled with an outdated design, unclear navigation, and limited mobile usability, which weakened user trust and engagement. The site lacked essential functionality like role-based logins, athlete-managed profiles, and a streamlined payment system for showcases and events. Internally, staff faced inefficient workflows for publishing content, managing users, and updating information. Overall, the platform wasn’t scalable or equipped to support the organization’s rapid growth across multiple states.
What we ran
Our approach was to rebuild the entire platform from the ground up with a modern, athlete-first digital experience. We developed a scalable authentication system with dedicated portals for each user type, introduced self-managed player profiles, and built a robust admin dashboard for streamlined content, event, and user management. We also integrated secure payments and an optimized registration flow, redesigned the UI/UX for clarity and performance, and structured the CMS to support future expansion and national growth.
